The agreement between you and FindUAE — what we provide, what we ask of you, and where our responsibility ends.

FindUAE is a discovery service. We curate a catalogue of venues in Dubai and an AI concierge that recommends from it, based on your taste.
We are not a booking platform. When you reserve a table, a cabana or an experience, you do that with the venue — we hand you over to their own channel and the agreement is between you and them.
You need to be 18 or older to create an account. Give us accurate details and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend an account that abuses the service — for example by automating requests to the concierge or attempting to disrupt it for others.
The concierge recommends only venues that exist in our catalogue. It will not invent a place.
Even so, it is an assistant, not an oracle. Opening hours, prices, menus and availability change constantly and can be wrong or out of date. Confirm anything that matters — especially a booking, a dietary requirement or an accessibility need — directly with the venue before you rely on it.
Access to the concierge is limited per day: a small number of questions without an account, considerably more once you sign in. These limits exist to keep the service available and affordable for everyone, and we may adjust them.
We curate carefully and verify what we can, but we do not run these venues and cannot guarantee that every detail is current.
A listing is not an endorsement of a specific experience, and we are not responsible for what happens during your visit.
Venues can apply to be listed and can purchase Premium Placement. Paid placement affects where a venue appears — it never causes the concierge to recommend somewhere that does not fit what you asked for.
Partner subscriptions are billed for the term chosen at signup and renew unless cancelled before the term ends. Partner content must be accurate and about the venue itself; we moderate submissions and may reject or remove anything that is not.
Copy or scrape the catalogue, resell access, or use the service to build a competing dataset.
Attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The FindUAE name, mark, interface, editorial text and catalogue structure belong to us. Venue names, logos and photographs belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the venue.
If you believe your material appears here in a way it should not, write to hello@finduae.ai and we will act on it promptly.
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, or from your dealings with a venue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use FindUAE after a change means you accept it.
